HORUS-FINANCE's recruitment policy is to attract both experienced professionals and recent graduates. The latter comprise a pool of future Group company managers while experienced professionals are valued for the knowledge they have accumulated and their familiarity with other corporate cultures.

A customer -oriented attitude, a sense of initiative, the ability to work alone and a strong sense of enthusiasm are qualities which the group particularly values. The vacancies are usually highly operational and some involve working at an international level.

Each position involves clearly-identified skills, concrete responsibilities and is target-oriented. Every manager give a particular importance to recognition of individual staff member performance and give priority to a salary guide based on the contribution made by each individual (commissions, profit-sharing, …). For motivated and dynamic employees, the career progression may be extremely rapid. The average age of the main functional managers at the Group's Head Office is less than 35!
